Overview
Under Spain's Startup Nation Act (Ley de Startups, 2023), Spain introduced an international job seeker permit. It allows graduates from prestigious universities (top 200 globally) or graduates of Spanish universities to reside for 12 months to look for work or establish a startup. Spain also has a Digital Nomad Visa and a highly favourable Beckham Law tax regime for qualifying workers.

Eligibility Requirements
- ✓University degree from a top-200 global institution or Spanish university
- ✓Graduated within the last 4 years
- ✓No criminal record in Spain or country of origin in the last 5 years
- ✓Financial means: minimum €2,400/month or equivalent lump sum
- ✓Health insurance valid in Spain
- ✓Not a resident of Spain in the past 5 years
