Overview
The Subclass 190 requires nomination from a state or territory government. State nomination adds 5 points to your score and requires you to live and work in the nominating state for two years. Each state publishes its own occupation list and criteria for nomination.

Eligibility Requirements
- ✓Occupation on the nominating state's occupation list
- ✓Nominated by a state or territory government
- ✓Under 45 years of age at time of invitation
- ✓Competent English: IELTS 6.0 overall
- ✓Points score of at least 65 (before state nomination points)
- ✓Skills assessed by relevant Australian authority
