Overview
The Subclass 191 is a permanent visa for holders of the Subclass 491 or 494 who have spent at least 3 years living and working in a designated regional area and have met income threshold requirements. It converts provisional regional status to permanent residence.

Eligibility Requirements
- ✓Current holder of Subclass 491 or Subclass 494 visa
- ✓Lived in a designated regional area for at least 3 years
- ✓Worked full-time in regional Australia during that period
- ✓Earned at least the minimum income threshold in each year
- ✓Continue to meet health and character requirements
- ✓Hold your provisional visa at the time of application
