Overview
Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) is the UK's permanent residence status. Skilled Workers can apply for ILR after 5 years of continuous residence in the UK. Applicants must meet the continuous residence requirement, pass the Life in the UK Test, and meet English language and salary requirements.

Eligibility Requirements

- ✓Met salary requirements throughout sponsorship period
- ✓No serious criminal convictions or immigration violations
