Overview
The BC Provincial Nominee Program uses a points-based system called Skills Immigration Registration System (SIRS) to select candidates. It includes the Skills Immigration (SI) and Express Entry BC (EEBC) categories. BC also offers the BC PNP Tech Pilot which provides priority processing for workers in over 30 in-demand tech occupations.

Eligibility Requirements
- ✓Valid job offer from a BC employer (most streams)
- ✓Work experience in an eligible NOC occupation
- ✓Meet minimum income requirements for the region
- ✓Language proficiency appropriate to NOC level
- ✓International graduates: completed a BC post-secondary program
- ✓Tech streams: job offer in an eligible tech occupation
