Overview
The Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) allows Canadian provinces and territories to nominate individuals for permanent residence who want to settle in a specific province and who have the skills and work experience the province needs. Most provinces have both a base stream (paper-based) and an enhanced stream (linked to Express Entry, adding 600 CRS points).

✓Enhanced PNPs are linked to Express Entry (600 CRS bonus)
✓Base PNPs are processed independently of Express Entry
