Eligibility Requirements
- ✓Job offer from a Newfoundland and Labrador employer (most streams)
- ✓Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent training
- ✓Minimum CLB 6 language proficiency
- ✓Work experience in an eligible occupation (typically 1+ year)
- ✓International Graduates: completed program at Memorial University or College of the North Atlantic
- ✓Genuine intention to settle in Newfoundland and Labrador
